Meeting Notes

October 14, 2010
Meeting of the Leos club called to order by President, Mikayla Payne. Following students wish to join the club:
Mack Winsauer
Sarah Park
Paige Dilmore
Julia Fretwell
Nate Salas
Celina Tarnow
Lisa Gotzian
Cassie Fehrer
Kammie Hamel
Harlee Ferguison
Emily Goodsell
Lindsey Walker
Marty will send 20 new membership forms to Mikayla.
Marlee will be assisting Mikayla with the process of ordering T=shirts and collecting the money. Additional orders were placed for approximately 20 more shirts, sweatshirts, etc.
Mr. Hunter suggested that the Leos have a T=shirt day at school where all club members would wear the shirt with Leos logo printed on them.
Amanda Juker suggested a fund-raiser for the group could be to sell “Candy Grams “ at Christmas. Other suggestions were to check into cleaning up at BSU after events.
